TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™ Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice applies to TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™, including its learning library, TutorBot™ interactions, assessments, progress tools, Global Lessons, Global Earth, Earth Lab features, and account-based learning services.

2. Information We May Process

  • Account information: name, email, authentication identifiers, and account role.
  • Learner profile information: age band, display name, accessibility settings, language preferences, and learning preferences.
  • Learning records: enrollments, lesson progress, quiz or assessment results, badges, certificates, and learning-session activity.
  • Tutor interactions: questions, TutorBot™ responses, answer classifications, and source references when a trusted source is actually available.
  • Safety records: restricted safety-event records when an interaction is flagged for safeguarding review.
  • Consent and guardian records: consent type, status, verification method, policy version, and guardian/learner relationship records where applicable.
  • Optional service information: tutoring-session details, study plans, saved Global Lessons, location inputs, and information voluntarily submitted to learning features that are available to the user.

3. Children and Teen Learners

TutorBot™ includes age-band support for child, teen, and adult learners. Interactive features for minors may require parent, guardian, school, or authorized-organization involvement depending on the learner, feature, and applicable law. Account creation by itself should not be treated as proof of verified guardian consent. TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ may restrict, pause, or require additional verification before enabling age-sensitive features.

4. How Information Is Used

  • Provide tutoring, courses, progress tracking, and learner support.
  • Adapt explanations and learning pathways to the learner's selected preferences and progress.
  • Maintain safety, security, access control, audit records, and human-review workflows.
  • Improve system reliability, accessibility, and educational quality.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process.

5. AI Processing and Source Integrity

TutorBot™ uses artificial intelligence to generate educational explanations. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. The public release is designed not to invent citations: source links should be shown only when an exact trusted source is available to the system. TutorBot™ may classify an answer as supported, uncertain, multiple-perspective, insufficient-evidence, or requiring human review.

6. Sharing and Sale of Personal Data

TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, hosting, AI, communications, mapping, or other service providers needed to operate TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™, subject to their applicable agreements and safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users or others from serious harm.

7. Access Controls and Safety Records

TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™ separates learner, educator, guardian, curriculum-author, organization-administrator, and platform-administrator roles. Sensitive safety and audit information is intended for restricted access. Public-facing navigation is not itself a security control; server-side data permissions and role checks are part of the system's security architecture.

8. Retention and User Requests

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the learning service, safety, security, legal obligations, and legitimate operational purposes. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
