TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™ Terms of Use

1. Purpose

TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™ is a purpose-built educational operating environment. It provides learning content, TutorBot™ tutoring support, progress tools, assessments, global learning, Earth and geography learning, and related educational features.

2. Educational Use and AI Limits

TutorBot™ is the tutoring intelligence layer inside TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™. It is designed to teach, explain, guide, and support learning. AI-generated material may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Users should independently verify important information and should not treat TutorBot™ as a substitute for a teacher, licensed professional, emergency service, parent, or guardian.

3. Learner Age and Guardian Involvement

TutorBot™ supports child, teen, and adult learning contexts. Minors should use interactive features only under the level of parent, guardian, school, or authorized-organization involvement required for that learner and feature. TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ may restrict age-sensitive functions until required consent or authorization is confirmed.

4. Accounts and Access

  • Keep account credentials secure and do not share access improperly.
  • Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions, safety controls, or administrative boundaries.
  • Restricted dashboards, safety records, audit records, and management tools are for authorized users only.

5. Course Governance

AI-generated or AI-assisted course material does not become learner-facing merely because it was generated. Courses are intended to move through human review before publication. Draft, review, approved, scheduled, published, and archived states may be used to control the course lifecycle.

6. Safety

TutorBot™ is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. TutorBot™ may apply safety rules, restrict responses, recommend contacting a trusted adult or qualified professional, or create a restricted safety-review record when an interaction raises a safeguarding concern.

7. Global, Location, and External Features

Global learning, location, map, external-source, and linked third-party features may be restricted by role, age, browser permission, source availability, or regional access. External services and source materials remain subject to their own terms, licenses, availability, and accuracy limits.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use TutorBot™ to:

  • Break the law, threaten or harass others, exploit minors, or promote violence.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, credential theft, security circumvention, or system abuse.
  • Misrepresent AI output as verified human or professional advice.
  • Upload or submit information you do not have the right to provide.

9. Intellectual Property

TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™ software, TutorBot™ components, system architecture, branding, original course structures, and TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party curriculum and source material remain subject to their applicable ownership and license terms.

10. Availability and Changes

TTUCKER Global Tutor OS™ is an evolving system. Features, models, course offerings, domains, interfaces, and operating controls may change as the system is tested, secured, improved, and expanded.
